We obtained 150 copies of this book at The Alltech/FEI World Equestrian Games from the author and our longtime friend and colleague Christopher Hector who brought them to America from Australia at a considerable expense to be sold at the Trade Fair. However, the rules of the WEG Trade Fair committee would not permit his colleague to add this item to their booth, so it was shophorsesdaily to the rescue. We sold out in 2 weeks! After a considerable effort and expense "down under" we had 200 copies shipped by air to arrive for the holidays, and rapidly sold out again!
